Foods To Eat To Live Over 100 Years Old


Many of us would surely agree that eating healthy food is the secret to living more years than the average life span of human, which could be a 100 or so.

In an article published by Wojournals it says that there are amazing foods to eat if you want to live over 100 years old.



Walnuts – Food for your body and brain, full of vital microelements with a lot of healthy fats that are good to support the human nervous system. Recommended to eat at least ¼ cup per day to supply your body with needed minerals.


Lemons – The best source of Vitamin C. It is said that lemon’s flavonoids help to depress the cancer cells and can also help prevent a number of other diseases which include flu.
























Broccoli – Amazingly, a wonderful source of Vitamin K, which is important in building strong bones and supports the body’s immune system to fight any illnesses.

Beans – Great source of healthy vegetable protein which helps building your body. It has fiber that is good for properly digesting other foods. No bad fats too.

Dark Chocolate - Eat pure dark chocolate and stay healthy with the cocoa flavonoids and acids which are usually lacking in your body. Avoid eating chocolate bars with raisins and nuts on it.

Tomatoes – These are known for its capability to fight cancer cells in the body. They are also good source of needed ingredients to enrich the blood. It is recommended to consume at least 1 big tomato in a week.

Avocados – Among the fruit types, these are the healthiest. Avocados are rich in vitamins and microelements to keep the body healthy. It was also proven that these can help decrease the risk of heart attack.

Garlic – Many of us do not like Garlic, but if you don’t eat this, you may be put into risk constantly. This can help kill harmful microorganisms and keep the body clean all helminthes. Some said that it can also reduce the body’s blood pressure (for hypertension).

Olive Oil - Among the different kinds of oil, olive oil is filled with healthy fats, acids, and flavonoids. It helps decreasing risks of heart disease, and to build strong and elastic blood vessels. Recommended to use olive oil in your diet.

Salmon – Protein-rich, helps the body provide you with healthy fats that are not in other foods.
